How do I schedule an appointment?
Text 269-431-0880 to request an appointment that is most convenient for your family. Prior to the visit you will have intake forms sent to you to complete.
What forms of payment do you accept? Can I bill my insurance?
Payments can be made with cash, check, credit card, venmo or health savings account (HSA/FSA) debit card. Payment is due at the time of service. We are happy to provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance, but do not guarantee the amount of reimbursement.
Do you provide preventative well-child care or vaccinations?
No, we serve as an alternative to urgent care visits for illness. Please continue routine care with your primary physician. We encourage you to follow standard vaccination schedule recommendations by the CDC.
